How to use

  • Before testing, it is important to abstain from sexual activity for 3-7 days. This will ensure that sperm volume and quality is at its highest, and the test will provide an accurate sperm count assessment.

  • Seed should be collected directly into the collection container by masturbation.

  • Take care that the seed is not contaminated by contact with hands or handkerchiefs or other material.

  • Gently shake the seed in the collection container and let it sit for 15 minutes at room temperature until it liquefies. Do not use seed stored for more than 12 hours.

  • Remove all items from the sealed package and place them horizontally on a flat surface. Using the pipette provided in the package, pour one drop of seed into the well indicated by the letter “A.”

  • When the seed has been impregnated in test well “A,” pour three drops of the blue dye solution into test well “A.” Let stand for 1-2 minutes.

  • Now pour two drops of clear wash solution into well “A” and let it sit for 1-2 minutes, then read the results immediately.

  • Read the color of thermowell “A” by comparing it with the reference color “B”. The darker the color of well A, the higher the concentration of sperm. (Please refer to the procedure card provided).
