First, determine the length of your menstrual cycle. The duration of your menstrual cycle is the number of days from the first day of menstruation (menstrual bleeding) to the last day before the next menstruation begins.

Then determine the days to count after menstruation to start the test. Find the duration of the menstrual cycle on the first line of the table on the instructions for use and read the corresponding number on the second line. This is the number of days to count after menstruation to start testing.

Look on the instructions for use the example and the Samples Calendar below to determine on which day you should start testing.

The first morning urine should NOT be used for LH testing. For best results you should perform the test at about the same time each day. You should reduce your fluid intake about 2 hours before the test.
